Shipping & returns

Shipping is an additional expense added on at the point of purchase. Curbside pick up is the best way to eliminate shipping costs. We use Canada Post to freight all sales. Visa Mastercard and American Express accepted.


Bedding is a FINAL SALE. If there is a quality issue we will arrange for the manufacturer to replace to the product. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you with the process.

Other online purchases can be returned within 14 days of the purchase for an in store credit. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Original packaging and tagging is required. Items must be returned in saleable condition. If these conditions are not met unfortunately we can not honor the return.

The cost of shipping has been on the rise. We have a C.O.D. option if you have your own courier account and would like to arrange your own shipping. We will package the item for you and provide you the dimensions and weight. You contact your courier we are open 7 days a week for pick up.

If you see something on our site that is instore pick up only. Its due to the size of the item. Please contact us directly and we can see if its possible to make shipping arrangements for the item your interested in.
